Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Client User and Managed Device?
A Client User is the IT personnel or user who will make the connection (they can see the address book). A Managed Device is the target computer (servers, staff PCs, etc.) that will be connected to.
Can I connect from different operating systems?
Yes. IzDesk fully supports Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Management from mobile devices will be added soon.
Can I make unattended connections?
Yes. You can assign a permanent password to the target device or access your devices without the other party's approval by generating an OTP (One-Time Password) via your Customer Panel.
Can we use our own logo?
Yes, the header of the IzDesk application can feature your company name or our general brand. Full white-label options are offered in custom packages.
